A professional language editor is basically like a copyeditor, but besides your basic grammar check I also make sure things are in “fluent” English since so much of it has been translated from Korean.
JSTOR has a 3 year lag time in putting up articles, at least from most publishers. Also I’m not sure how popular it is in Korea!

I wish all academic journal articles were as clearly written as the first page of yours is… hang on, does this mean you’re on JSTOR?
